Aroma Touch Technique Trainings
Introducing
the AromaTouch™ Technique
A
Clinical Approach to Essential Oil Application
What is the AromaTouch Technique?
The AromaTouch Technique is a clinical
approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact
points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous
systems of the body. Developed by Dr. David Hill, a leading expert in
integrative medicine and therapeutic applications of essential oils, the
AromaTouch Technique improves wellbeing by reducing physical and emotional
stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function. The technique is simple
and intuitive and uses dōTERRA’s CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade™
essential oils for an unparalleled grounding experience for recipients.
AromaTouch Procedure
The AromaTouch Technique includes four primary steps designed to
minimize systemic stressors to autonomic balance. Each step includes the
application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically
formulated to support healthy emotional and physiological functions for
wellbeing. The technique requires 30 minutes per application, and multiple
applications can be serviced with one set of dōTERRA’s essential oils.
AromaTouch Technique Training
The AromaTouch Technique is a differentiating professional service
offering that can help build client loyalty and practice profitability. AromaTouch
Technique training is now available for licensed massage therapists and
health-care practitioners. Training includes six hours of in-class

On Guard Popcorn

at your holiday parties, here is one option:
Add:
1 cup of un-popped popcorn kernels
1/8 to 1/4 cup of butter
1/8 to 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup
4-5 drops of On Guard
2 drops of cinnamon
While popcorn is popping (preferably in a air popper), melt the butter and then add the syrup and oils. Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn, then shake some salt and ground cinnamon powder over the mixture, adding nuts as an option.

*If you are food sensitive, then change up the ingredients to make it your own. In the past, I know Maree has made this bread with agave nectar instead of sugar, the texture is just a little different. The point is to be creative and make holiday treats more flavorable by using doTERRA's CPTG essentail oils in your cooking and baking! Be cautious when using oregano, thyme and cinnamon. Maybe use a toothpick to stir in the oil, instead of dropping it in.
Then again, don't be afraid with some of the other oils because there is nothing better than your food enhanced with pure oils. For example: Whenever I make the Peppermint Brownies, I usually mix the batter up as directed then right before I pour into the pan, I stir in 8 drops of peppermint. If you haven't tried this staple doTERRA party treat, then what a perfect time of year to try and share!!
Any recipes you would like to share that you use doTERRA's CPTG oils in? We would love to hear about them!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

A Healthy, Delicious Thanksgiving Treat with doTERRA Lemon Oil
Raw Strawberry Cheesecake
The following recipe was shared by Erin and Steve, some of our newest team member's from Mission Viejo, California. I have had this cheesecake and actually love it better than the real thing - this is the real thing!
Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!
A creamy cheese filling is set on a thin almond flour crust and topped with a sweet strawberry sauce. Refrigeration will give this pie the texture of cream cheese. Use fresh strawberries, if available, otherwise, use whole frozen ones, and defrost before using.
Crust:
1 cup almond meal (whole almonds just ground up to crumbles in a food processor)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup pitted Medjool or other semi-soft dates
Filling:
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 - 6 drops of doterra essential lemon oil :)
1 1/2 cups cashews
3/4 cup filtered water
Seeds from 2 vanilla beans or 2 tablespoons alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)
Topping:
1 1/2 cups strawberries
To make the crust, combine almond meal, salt and dates into the food processor. Process until all 3 ingredients are uniform and crumbly. Press the crumbly crust into the pie pan and use your fingers to flatten out and smooth the crust into the pan.
Process all the ingredients for the filling in the food processor until it is a creamy, smooth texture. Pour the filling into the pie. Set in the refrigerator so the filling starts to cool and solidify.
Use fresh or thawed out strawberries (or another fruit of your choice) and process the fruit in the food processor until they are the consistency you are looking for as a topping. Some people like their strawberries chunky, and others like it smooth. It is just personal preference. If you like a really sweet topping, you can always add a natural sweetener to the strawberries. Pour the strawberries on top of the pie once the pie has hardened enough in the refrigerator. There is no cooking or baking of this pie. It is raw, healthy, and delicious!!!
